Living on the east side

Post new topic

Hello,

I see many people leave on the west/north/central side. Is it true that the east side is too windy? Is it a nice place to live?

thanks

hi artemis,
the coast is somewhat windy, but no that much to lay a camping site to sleep. u can swim, fish, snorkel in winter. the wind is certain beach sides only; in bungalow areas, quite calm.

In all i guess winter's like different from the summer(6-9 months a year)- Summertimes you can swim/snorkel till dusk-no risks of body shivering!

East is also good because the beaches are rather clean, and still living organisms in sea ;)

and east is also my likes, because you can get all at the nearest town/big village- Flacq- which is lower cost to other cities.

Inner-wise, I'm an East-Sider guyz,

cheers, nice stay in mauritius,
I.
