Hi all,

we invite you to share your experience about moving to Eritrea.

Here is a list of questions which might help the ones preparing their move to Eritrea:

What would you bring and what would you leave behind?

Is it a good idea to bring furniture or domestic appliances?

Any foodstuffs that are banned in Eritrea?

Is it better to bring a car or to buy one once settled in Eritrea?

Any advice for the ones who are moving to Eritrea?

It depends upon where you live.If you are staying in Highland area you will have to bring warm clothes.And if you are going to stay in Lowland area you can avoid every warm cloths.If you staying in Lowland areas it is advisable to bring some cotton cloths because it is expensive.

To bring a car from outside is very very expensive and complicated too.Better to buy a car in Eritrea.

It is better you bring some emergency tablets and all the electronic item.
