Where can I find vegetarian products in Riyadh?

Hello everyone,

I was wondering if there are any vegetarians here and from where they find their vegetarian products. I know an Asian shop close to the Diplomatic Quarter, but that's it. Tamimi Safeway has tofu, but they rarely have meatless sausage. By vegetarian products, I mean tofu, seitan, vegetarian sausage, vegetarian burgers and other products made from seitan, tofu, or soy.

Also, does anyone know where I can find protein bars besides GNC?

Whoa! that is a tough place to be. Vegetarian and riyadh. But yes you do get somethings here like you said, in Tamimi. But for the more specific foods, like meatless sausages and stuff, I don't think that you do get them here.
All the best and if you do find some, please do tell us as well. Some veggies I do know, make the soy burgers at home.

Yes, very tough. I've been vegetarian for more than three years so I've learned to cope, but it would be nice if there were accommodations for vegetarians.
