Please give me an idea about the best mobile connection/ best mobile service provider in Barcelona.

I use Yoigo, because they have by far the best prices. My wife had Vodafone for a while and her bills were always double mine although I use my phone more.

there is Happymovil that is very interesting at the moment.
especially if you call abroad, take a look at the phone house.
