Hi as the topic goes... can i access gmail in saudi arabia nd will all my emails and chat be monitored plzzzzz advice...

Hi
Some internet services are blocked in KSA such as hi5, those services are mostly providing content does not comply to the kingdome's safty rules.
Gmail is not blocked, and I'm not aware of any Google service which is blocked.
Regarding monitoring your chat..I do not think you are a threat to be monitored, and even if privacy is an issue, then I guess this is everywhere not only in KSA...do you use Facebook? if you are...then there is no point in worrying again about your information privacy, because who pays for the information, will know about you more than you know about yourself.
Accept my advice and do not worry, because if you keep thinking this way, you will end worrying about everything such as mobile calls or sms.
Regards.

Just one more thing I recently had to format my Operating system (windows 7) and my original copy is corrupted and I had to install a pirated copy on my laptop, I heard that laptops with pirated copy installed are confiscated at the airport... is it true and how will they know I have a pirated copy installed in my laptop. Btw I am not carrying any pirated DVD's or CD'd with me all are installed in my laptop and there will be no installation files in my Laptop so please advice as i dont want to loose my laptop as its costs fortune hahaha...

Just call the laptop manufactor and pay USD $20.00 to have them send you a system recovery kit. This will have the Windows OS and other software that came on your computer at the time of purchas.
