Looking for accomodation around Spintex or East Legon?

Hello, I'm looking for a place to rent in one of these areas, or even in Madina or Adenta for no more than 550 GHC monthly. I want to pay from month to month instead of several months in advance. I plan to be in Ghana for six months starting in December. I'm a freelance writer. If anyone knows of any such house or apartment can you please let me know? Please I'm not willing to pay more than this amount but will consider other areas relatively close to Accra Mall or University of Ghana. Thank you.

Hi.... hope you are doing well.
550 cedis a month is reasonably okay but the system here is such that, property owners always take advance payment not less than a year if not so, the price of 550 cedis wouldnt be enough for a fully furnished room.

If you are thinking of staying for 6 months, you can negotiate for such period with such an amount around the areas mentioned.
