Please help with details ...

a month or a year??
which sector you'll be working in? In general, the expenses here are very normal; just take care of the housing and make a budget for buying a car!

It looks like monthly @Calm-Guy. Only the house rents are mentioned as annual numbers here in KSA :) However let @saugata confirm.

25K/month is a good amount (It's really a tax free USD 6,667 per month). The savings dependin on your life style/car choice etc.

yah its great offer ,, but what about house ??? is it will be on company or you will take care of it ????

listen...

25K is good offer maybe 4 years from now... as i think... Riyadh has been moving from ranked 139 expenssive city to now in the top 30. so it is getting kind expenssive. Now for you and one child i think you may need about

1- 3500 a month for housing
2- 1000 a week for food (4000 a month)
3- 1500 for car ( a month)
5- others 3000 a month
total of 10,000 and the rest will you thing...
with about 5% error here...

Any one agree with me or disagree...

Thank you...
Big SAM.

I agree except no. 2 (1000 a week for food (4000 a month)). I eat out and in and buy different variety of food and I think I've never reach that roof of 1000 a week! I think!

The math is all wrong but surprisingly the result is almost according to the avarage; that is if your not planing on going down to Bahrain every other week end or live in a westren-compound ...

the same question keeps poping up every now and then... the expenditure style differs from one person to another  ... a better way to go at it is; define your day-to-day needs and try roughly to calculate the cost, im sure if you go through the blog you will find most of the info you need about the costs of living in KSA...

good luck,
