God afternoon,

I like very much fishing and I wonder if it is possible to go fishing with a boat in Kuwait (if so I shall bring my rods and wheels along)

Yes that would be possible since I haven't heard of a law that forbids people to ride on their boat/yacht to go fishing. Also, there's an annual fishing competition held here by certain organizations where my Dad participates. I think they'll be having it by March or April of next year.

Rods and wheels means you will be fishing from the shore. Unless you use short rods.

People use here mostly use a pulley from the boat.

Let me know if you could not manage finding a boat to ride.
