How to find employment without emailing 250 CVs ??

Having spent several days trying to identify sources that are accessible and useful I have come to the conclusion that I need to speak with a professional.

I am living in ChangAn near Dongguan city. A great place but am quite prepared to relocate.

Anyone have any suggestions for employment leads?

Company: Electronic connectors manufacturer.
Location: ChangAn, Dongguan, Guangdong
Experience: 40+ years
Born: UK
Citizen: Canada
Work experience mostly in Canada

Even scanning this expat site takes time.

I have been at the search for several days and have spent countless hours just finding useful sources.

Maybe I should switch to selling wine.
