How easy or difficult is it to use an iPad or other tablet; what services would you need?

It's very user-friendly if you already have basic computer knowledge and skills. As to service, you just really need an ISP to get a wifi connection or if you already have it, you simply just need to know the password and enter it to your iPad connection.
