What are the going salary ranges?

I'm thinking of moving to Dar -es-Salaam. I would like to know details about the following:

1) International Schools for my children ( grade 4 and kindergarten)in Dar. WHich schools are good?
2)Salaries offered to General Managerial level positions in sales.
3) Is the lifestyle good in terms of opportunity for friendships; outings and security.
4)Shopping ( clothes , kitchen stuff etc)
5) SOcial life, club memberships
6) Known good employers and employers to be wary of
7) Situation of power outages and water shortages
8) Employment opportunities for expat wives in teaching.
