I've not heard of the Royal Guard School.  You might be talking about Royal Flight School?  It is a small International School with a very good reputation.  The website address is: www.rf-school.net/contact

Have you considered moving to UAE?  I am told there are many new schools opening and just opened and they are looking for new teachers.

You should check out Yasmina School, Al Raha International School, Aldar Schools etc.
