Emilia Romagna flatshare

Post new topic

Christine

Hi,

is it popular to share a flat in Emilia Romagna ?

What advice would you give to those looking for shared accommodation in Emilia Romagna?

Can you recommend specialized local websites or newspapers?

By the way, keep in mind there is a flat share/house share section in the Classifieds ;)

Thank you in advance for your participation and advice!

Hi, Christine

quite popular, yes. more in Bologna, for example, old university town.

Don't forget to ask for a regular contract...

a few places, you may search "affitto" "condivisione" and Emilia or Bologna.

case.secondamano.it/residenziale-affitto/emilia-romagna/condivisione/

easystanza.it/emilia-romagna/bologna/Stanze-bologna

emiliaromagna.olx.it/camere-in-affitto-condivisione-appartamento-cat-301-ig

this is an important italian newspaper, with his house section:

annunci.repubblica.it/bologna/immobiliare/appartamenti/-/comune-bologna.bo/contratto-affitto

you may even post here your need:

bologna.bakeca.it/cerco-camera-0
