Hi,

can a foreigner buy property in Qatar?

If so, is it complicated? What is the process of purchasing a property in Qatar?

Any tips for buying property, such as a check-list of items to verify ?

Christine, at the moment foreigners can only buy property in The Pearl thepearlqatar.com

Christine, Qatari law allowed foreigners to own in 18 district areas. U may google to several property brokers like" better homes" or " century 21" they'll advise u better. Also it's not full ownership, it's 99 yrs lease like England.
