Hi,

can a foreigner buy property in Azerbaijan?

If so, is it complicated? What is the process of purchasing a property in Azerbaijan?

Any tips for buying property, such as a check-list of items to verify ?

--believe me, if you have no relatives or any other people closely related to you,NEVER buy properties here in Azerbaijan. Too complicated and you'll end up getting your own lawyer to get your money back..:)
