Hi,

can a foreigner buy property in Papua New Guinea?

If so, is it complicated? What is the process of purchasing a property in Papua New Guinea?

Any tips for buying property, such as a check-list of items to verify ?

I don't have any ideas in terms of acquiring a property here in PNG, try to ask Arthur Strachan or Professionals for help and inquiries.

Christine,

Buying of properties or a property here in PNG should not be a problem. Just get your lawyer to organise the paper work for you.

I know of an expat friend who bought a property in PNG and travels to and from the country to do business whenever she wishes.
