Electricity and Water costs in Riyadh please

Hello,
I'm looking at getting a one bed small house on a compound however electricity and water is not included in the price. Does anyone know the approximate costs for water and electricity please? I don't really want any big surprises, so even though the price is good I want to make sure I don't end up over spending because of the electricity and water
