What are you doing for Christmas eve and Silvester?

GuestPoster497

Hi,

Many of you will have a holiday soon.

Are you flying back home to visit your family and friends? Did you maybe plan a special trip? Where are you spending Christmas eve and Silvester?

How do people normally celebrate in your home country? Do you have some particular traditions? What are typical meals, rituals, songs, presents?

Thank you for writing a bit and tell us what you like/dislike! :-)

Kind regards,

Calator

I will be home for Silvester :)..but for Christmas, might be alone :(...Probably watching a movy and Thinking what to cook.

Christmas in my country, is also a very special festival.  Families and friends meetup, have home made wine or a beverage. Listen to some good music and also singing some carols, dancing , laughter ...Food includes home baked cakes (Plum) , cookies , Chicken (usually) or a lamb. Attending Church service & prayer at home by all.

To sum it up : Christmas bridges gap between old & new and an occasion to remember until next time.
