How to have a good intuition ?

Really don't understand your answer,
I normally believe people / things in the first impression and it make me sometimes disappointed.Some poeple told me that I don't have good intuition and it also need to learn to have.

Well certainly everyone makes mistakes about people sometimes.

However intuition is within everyone. There is a few problems though.

If you are not living in the present moment lots of times you miss things that are right in front of you.

If I am talking to someone and my mind is concentrating on something else, I am not in the present moment.

I might be kind of listening to the person, but my mind focused on a pressing issue.

Then I am not watching the person I am talking to, so I am missing non verbal clues or body language.

I might not hear conflicting stories in what the person is saying. I may not remember last week they told me something completely different. Because although I am there listing, mind mind is somewhere else.

When you are talking with other focus on being where you are and listening.

As they talk to you, ask yourself how your body feels. If you get an uncomfortable feeling in your stomach or chest area when they talk to you, it would be wise to be cautious.

introvert : extrovert

since you talked about people , it is your perception

intuition, instinct, perception, hunch its all in your thoughts. It's a better solution inside your mind happened so quickly but it does'nt mean it's always the right conclusion, better yet accept.
