Hi, My name's SEKRIT

I'll go to HCMC. for work on First week of JAN 2012, and live there for a long time.
my office on Nguyen Kiem St., Ward 9 , Phu Nhuan Dist, HCMC. I'd like to rent the room or apartment as my requirement as follow.

- 1 bedroom which 1 bathroom and 1 living room also. (if include kitchen room is good)
- require fully equipment ; air conditioner, washing machine, TV., refrigerator,
Internet-WiFi, etc.
- if nearly my office is really good.
- Monthly expense 400-500USD.

I don't know what does it mean exactly.
