Norwegian course in an Institute or University

Hello!
I'm just new here! I am thinking about moving to Norway by January 2012. I need to find a licensed institute or university providing intensive Norwegian courses. I also need to find accomodation, either in a campus residence or a flat to rent in the neighbourhood of my language course.

you can start with studyinnorway.no/sn/Where-can-I-study/List-of-institutions

Wherever i looked it up for a bachelors dergee you need to know norweigen. For masters you may not need norweigen English should suffice.

Regarding accomodation hope some others will answer you.
