How is Dar es salam and Tanga in Tanzania

Hallo,

I am Man and planning to relocate to Tanzania.Can any body share with me the safe place to stay in dar es salam . For a family of two how much could be the expenses in Dar.Is is possible to leave happily with 1500 dollar /month.
How is the company called Athi River mining making cement.
