Hello all. I have an offer from an engineering consultant in libya. I am an architect (9 years experience) from spain and they are interested in my work. They are asking me about therms of contract...could you arientate me about western salaries here in libya?

Unable to respond on a monthly salary as I'm not in the civil engineering business. Some benefits common to many expat jobs are:

- Housing/accommodation provided (Depends on single or accompanied/family status. Utilities provided

- Fully expensed company car or equivalent allowance

- Leave schedule/vacation allowance. 20-25 days paid vacation per year with 1 return flight to point of origin for employee and family is fairly standard

- Medical treatment at MediLink or Saint James clinic

- Shipment of personal effects from point of origin to Libya
