Iqama Transfer

Hello All,
I have a family (Mahram) iqama. I recieved a job offer from a company who will sponsor me, I'm currently outof the country on Entry Exit Visa.
is it easier or better to transfer the iqama to work or get a new visa and come back on work visa.

Mahram visa is a non-work visa that can't be easily changed to work visa.

The option quoted above is an easier option imho.
