You may need to do some searching on the net but there was a company in England that would forward magazines from the UK and charge by weight. This meant you could take out a cheap subscription and have a bundle of mags forwarded each month.

try getting the online versions of the mags.. some of them have cheaper subscription rates compared to the book version.
