Hello Cookinginjapan,

I live in Tokyo and have difficulty to figure out which food does not contain pork as I am not eating pork. I can not read or understand Japanese. It is really a challenge for me to just pick something from the store to eat. I cook home most of the time at the moment.

I appreciate your advice on this.

Thanks

leonkam

Hi CookinginJapan!
I love Japanese food and one of the things I love to make at home is Japanese curry rice. I always use the square curry roux from S&B but I would like to try using curry powder for a change. How do I do this? Thank you :)
