Totally Lost and Scared to Death

Post new topic

bbrjhn

I lived in Atenas in Costa Rica for three years.  Came back to Massachusetts a few months ago.  My social security of $1005 is simply insufficient to make it here.  Am in a friend's house and am getting by because I am not paying rent. Want to move on.

I was an attorney but was "robbed" by one of my sons and his wife.  Long, complicated story, unimportant to tell now.

I do a bit of writing: Behind the Black Robes: Failed Justice, a whistleblower book about the courts, and my memoir.  My articles do get published--pronlinenews.com, but I earn nothing from them except a few advertisements for my nonfiction book.  I have another one -- a true-life novel--but I Want to find an agent.

At 78 years, no more sexual allure and without a mate, I am alone and often lonely . . . despite my constant busY-ness.

How is it in Ecuador for an older woman?  Maybe a fishing village in Greece would be better.  I lived there for 4 years decades ago and loved every minute.
