Looking to flat share

Hi. I am shifting flats on the w/e of the 25/26th of February and I am looking for a room. I could be flexible - a week or two either side for the right place. Ideally it would be with people over 40 and both genders but I am not sure that I can be that fussy.
I am an English Teacher and extremely well house-trained. I am looking for a long tenancy if possible. Location is not important as I have my own motorbike and my customers are all over town.

You could have a look at the Ho Chi Minh City classifieds > flat share, house share section and post an advert there.

It might help you.
