How to close a Mandiri bank account ?

Post new topic

morgane2508

Hello,

My one year work contract in Papua is ending, and I would like to know what are the formalities to close a Mandiri bank account.

How long before departure should I start the process?

Is it possible to close a Mandiri bank account in another agency (or on another island) than the agency where I opened it?

What documents are required?

Thanks for your help!

Just contact the Bank by filling the online form, and bank representative will contact you. :top:http://www.bankmandiri.co.id/english/contact.aspx

Or, if your leaving the country, just take all the money out and than tell them.
Just in case they try to add any fees for closing the account.

Hi

U can close your account from anywhere.  Just came to Bank Mandiri and tell the Teller that you are going to close your account.  Short cut way, just withdraw your money from ATM till limited amount left in your account.  This small of money in your account will automatically non active after that.

Hopes this info is helpful to you.
