How can a Registered Nurse get a job in US?

Hello, my sister is a registered nurse in Nigeria, she would like to work in the US.
How can she go about it? Any exams?

She should look into nursing certification. Here she will find information about qualifications and training. She may have to be re-certified or take a test. She should also look into what field of nursing she wishes to get a career in. It is important that she does this because some positions require more training than others.
