hi, I'm looking for a job in Germany. I'm working as a English teacher in Sri Lanka. How to find a any suitable job in Germany for me.

Teachers in Germany need a recognized degree in education, together with one in the topic(s) they teach.
There is no market for informal (means no degree) teachers and you won't get a visa as such.

I have an American friend who's got a work visa for teaching English and she doesn't have a degree in education. She does have a certificate from Berlitz and is also an amazing, articulate writer, in addition to being a native speaker.

She's working as a self-employed freelancer, and got the job through connections in the area where she now lives.
