So I'm not really new, but I don't come on here much.

I'm trying to send a private message but it said that I can't because I'm a new user, even though I've already sent a few messages.

You should participate more on the forum to be able to unlock your user options.
As for job offers/ applications i would suggest you to use the classifieds section.

Ok, thanks for the heads up. But it is still making contacting people difficult. As an expat American living in Cairo, sometimes it helps to find some people with similar backgrounds on here and begin a correspondence. I hope this can be resolved.
