are foreign investors welcome in Mauritania?

Is it complicated to register a company in Mauritania? What is the procedure?

What is the corporate tax rate in Mauritania?

Is it easy to recruit?

Well! It depends what business you want to set up. Some businesses like mining are more easier to set up. Govt. has 20% stake in production. Local work force is mostly unskilled. So initially you wave to get people from outside. Which is not hard. The govt gives a one year residency permit without any problem.
