As I am turkmen I would like to state some points. There are many foreign companies in Turkmenistan which are functioning now but those companies were not established in Turkmenistan. Most of those companies are Construction based as Turkmenistan is growing country and it has many construction projects. So what foreign companies do is; they just simply come to realize the projects. If you are looking to open a company in Turkmenistan, as I know there is know permission for foreigners to do so. The company has to be established on any the citizen of Turkmenistan. Hope you understood.
