I am visiting hungary for 1 month and will stat in budapest , i want to know steps to make a company here ? I want to open a fornetti shop , and what papers needed to have to bring it from my oen country i will have tourist visa .

You should consult a Hungarian lawyer to start any company in Hungary as it is a legal court process. They will provide you the details.

If you want to start your own company, since you are not a resident, you have the choice of an RT (rough translation: stock corporation), KFT (rough translation: limited liability company), or a BT (rough translation: partnership) and you will need to have one or more Hungarians in the company, usually in effective control. If you want to be a sole proprietor, you will have to be a resident.

I do not know what company structure, if any, it takes to open a Fornetti franchise as an investor. You should also consult a lawyer, and maybe Fornetti directly, on that question.
