I will shortly be relocating to Hanoi and would like to know what TV system is in use. Can anyone tell me if it is  NTSC, Secam or PAL?

Would really appreciate any technical info available.

PAL, and for bonus points the power supply is 220v 50 cycles

Thanks a lot for the info and also the voltage, I had assumed it would be NTCS. PAL suits my purpose better.
Regards,
Ted
