I'm originally Czech and I can offer you myself as a friend to chat with in English (or help with Czech if you're interested).
I like meeting new people and improving my language skills. But I'm not a party person (nightlife, drinking), so I can offer you more like - sightseeing, coffee (beer might be), chat.
