Hi, I'm Spanish and I want to move to the States on middle 2013, so I wish to know some things about living there until I go. I have family in the L.A. county, they are Americans, but I will be an inmigrant

It depends on what part of the U.S. you wish to reside. I suppose you might want to be around family since you mentioned L.A. That said, California in general is full of Spanish speaking people so you should have no problems settling/adjusting. Other States worth looking into are New York, Texas, Florida.
