It would be quite difficult to suggest you a good company as there are a lot out there. This also depends on the current vacancies available within these organizations.
What I would suggest you to do is to check the websites of the big construction companies in Qatar specially the ones that are having a current big projects ongoing at the moment as these are the ones that might have open vacancies.
The other option is to follow the classifieds section of Gulf Times, you may come across some vacancies that might match your qualification so that you can apply.
