Anybody fancy a coffee?

Post new topic

Dear All,

I moved to Bergen from London a little while ago but have been snowed under with work so little time to socialise and met new people.

Now that the Spring is just around the corner (?) I am looking forward to getting out and about...anyone fancy meeting for a hike/coffee/glass of wine and a natter? I miss London, anyone else out there miss their big city?

Look forward to connecting soon!

Sophie

Hi Sophie
I am free in the evenings and on weekend. I work here as process engineer. We can meet for a coffee and a walk is not bad in the rain.

Take care

Hi Sophie! Would you be interesting in coming to our international women's reading group in Bergen? It's a fun group of women. You can read more about it on Yahoo Groups: groups.yahoo.com/group/BookedinBergen/ (The group is called "Booked in Bergen")

... and just for the record, I've lived her for 7 years but still miss Toronto! :)

Is that just a women's thing? I'm an avid reader and work in town (vgs English teacher - I can test everyone:D), although I live all the way out in Fjell.

Would be lovely to chat a bit with native speakers for a change.
