I heard that they're bringing out the ipad 3. Does that mean that the prices of the ipad 2 here in KSA will be cheaper than they in the UK?
Also, I realllly want an iphone/android phone or even a blackberry. Are they cheaper to buy here than in the UK, or roughly the same price?
Will they work in the UK if they're purchased here?
Where are the places to go to get the best deals (quality and price)?
Any tips wrt this will be most appreciated 
Generally speaking, anything not directly related to gasoline is cheaper in UK.
IPad3 will be released soon but I don't hope a good deal of reduction in IPad2. But do expect some.
Yes, iPhones purchased from KSA are all factory unlocked. You can run any mobile service on that in any other country.
Apple iOS products are greatly popular here. All sellers have almost the same competitive price. There are no cheap, cheaper, cheapest places
