Dear all Canadian in Riyadh.
My name is Anas, i have been here for 2 months now and in need for some good company.
i have tried to find a community for Canadians for a while but did not find one.
after a long useless search, I decided to try to create one.
so what i'm trying to say that i'm trying to get as many Canadians as possible together to have a community of our own.
if any one is interested please let me know because i have no idea how to do this kinda thing here.
Woooo Canucks unite!
Tim Hortons! Poutine!
I've only been here a month, but it won't hurt to know more Canadians in KSA/Riyadh!

I can probably ask my friend in Abu Dhabi to pick some up for me when he goes to Dubai.
I know another Canadian, but she's on vacation until late March.

are you coming to Riyadh any time so, maybe you can join us..
I'll be touring the Riyadh Gallery mall in the afternoon-evening time (around 4PM-ish). First time visiting that mall and going on company chartered bus. (Me being cheap on taxi, hah)
So, how about somewhere there?
that will be great....but i do not know where that mall is though..
can you give me directions or smth.
i could even pick you up if you need to (i have a car )
Thanks for the offer man, but I live pretty far out in exit 8. You'd be making two trips!
You can use this to Google Map: Riyadh Gallery, King Fahd, Riyadh 12262, Saudi Arabia.
It's on the corner of King Fahad Rd. and Imam Saud bin Abdulaziz Branch Rd.
actually i checked their website, and it doesn't say that singles are banned. it only has a poll on if they should ban singles at night...
either way we are okay i guess.

Riyadh Gallery mall is reserved for families on Thursdays and Fridays. However, I strongly doubt they'll consider stopping westeners from entering.

Can you give a little bit of a teaser on what this event is about? That might help folks in deciding whether they want to join in or not.
