Canadian Mum & Baby in Malta

Post new topic

sachacanada

Hello everyone,

I'm new to the forum and am relieved to find some fellow expats in Malta!

I am looking to meet up with some mums and babies in the Sliema/St. Julians/Swieqi (or anywhere, really!) areas for hangouts (visits to the playground, walks on the front, coffees, again, anything!

I have a 9 month old daughter...

I am home in Canada at the moment, but will be returning to Malta in May.

Please post here or message if you are interested.

Look forward to meeting some of you!

All the best :)

Hi Sacha, Just emailed you xxx

Hi

I would definitely be interested in meeting up. My husband, son (11 months) and I are moving to Malta in 3 weeks time and would love to meet other expats too.

Hi. I've just seen your post. My daughter and I arrived on saturday. My partner arrived 2 months ago. I would be interested in joining your meet ups if possible? We live in San Gwann but I am happy to meet up in Sliema or St Julians.

Welcome, Jennifer!

There is a group of expat mum's who meet at Playzone in Sliema every Wednesday from 3-5PM. I went today for the first time with my 11-month-old daughter and she loved it. The other mum's were really nice and welcoming. You should join too!

How old is your little one?

Hi Sacha. Elliot is just coming on 8 months old. I think she needs out to meet other kiddies. And it certainly would help me meet other mums! Lol. Thanks. I know where that one is so I should be able to make it next wednesday! Will see you there hopefully :)

Hi! Glad you enjoyed Playzone Sachacanada! Sorry I couldnt make it, I will be there next week though. All are welcome!

Sachacanada - I am Summer, I met you at Playzone briefly on Wednesday, I didn't realise it was you as I am yet to meet anyone else from this forum (have met Damsel :0) I didn't get much of a chance to talk to you as with Joshua now on the move I am always wary what trouble he is getting himself into. Joshua is 13 months (almost 14) but until I came to Playzone he barely had any interaction with other babies but now he absolutely loves it. There is also another girl called Ruth who has an 11 month old boy and she goes most weeks too.

It will be great to meet some other mums from this forum too,  and I hope you can all make it along to Playzone on Wednesday.

Hi Summer!

So funny -- we met and didn't even know it :)

I will be at PlayZone on Wed, so see you then!

Hi ladies. Afraid me & Elliot wont be at playzone today as she has been unwell & has a cough she cant seem to shift. Don't want her passing it on to the other kiddies. Will be next week providing she is better.
