Real Estate Jobs for new commers

Dear all,
Hope you all well. i am Pakistani citizen living in Dubai for last 4 years and working in Real Estate sales,Rentals and management. i am wonder to know that if i move to malaysia on a visit visa what are the chances to get a job in Real Estate and what if i get a job other procedures plus average income.
an immediate help will be highly appreciated.

Nowhow

No basic salary nothing.
You need to deposit pay some money for training still you will not be considered you are working in Real Estate,Thats how Real Estate operates here,
THEY SAY THEY ARE PROVIDING TRAINING ONLY.
There will be no offer letter and there will be no letter from Real Estate that you are working there.
If you managed to sell then you will get commission.

Thats how it is.
