Hey expat dears,

I thought I'd start a new, seasonal thread so that we can easily find all the current meet-ups for the Spring-Summer seasons. No more searching through pages of old posts to find information about the latest meet-up. If you're looking for a chance to meet with fellow Lyon expats between the months of March and August, look no further than this thread.

So let me kick things off by inviting you all to the first of what I hope will be many meet-ups in the coming months:

How does the first week of April sound? A pub night? Let's say, Tuesday, April 3rd at 6:30 pm at our classic choice, Berthom?

Our meet-ups have been growing lately, so if anyone has suggestions for a pub that might be less crowded than Berthom (hey, the beer is good), don't hesitate to suggest one

My job hunt is going very slowly... I've sent out more applications than I can count, but people don't reply... even after follow-up emails asking if they've had time to review my application. Hmm. Must keep trying!
