hello .
what 's the real estate tax for the resale of one property for a non-resident in ukraine ?.
i think it's 15% , but from what ? from the full price ? or only from the capital gain ?

Ifs a good question, me too i want to know thé taxes because i want to buy a house, have you an idéa for one house not expansive for investissement, tanks lot.

The rate for the resale depends on the area of an apartment and when you bought it. As usual it is 15% indeed. It is culculated from the expert evaluation of the real estate to be sold.
