British Airways... local knowledge guru needed!!

I have just made a BA booking online and find that I can't pay for the ticket via the internet. The telephone number that is given only goes onto a recorded message (which is no f'p'n help), so I can't find out exactly where the nearest BA office/agent is so that I can pay for my ticket. So, can any local knowledge guru help by telling me where (or giving me directions to) my nearest BA office? I live a couple of minutes from the Grand Hotel overlooking the main Harbour area of town.
