Hi,

could you please share advice and tips about pregnancy in Kampala?

Who are the best gynecologists for pregnancy follow-ups?

Which hospitals or clinics would you recommend to give birth in Kampala?

Thanks a lot in advance for your advice !

hi Christine,

ok here is  the deal,in Kampala you go to the hospital (good one) and talk to the gyne who will do the followup till you give birth.

try nakasero hospital there's one called doctor Mbonye, i can say him and the wife are good.

but don't worry pregnancy here is the same as at home aside from the heat.

the hospitals i would recommend are nakasero hospital, case clinic, paragon hospital.

wish all the best.

Armand

Thanks for helping kyali!

Hallo Christine,
For pregnancy tests, follow ups and every thing else concerning health i would recommend Paragon and Nakasero hospital, i actually have a brother working at paragon hospital his a dentist but knows all the Doctors and gynecologists working there so you can contact him on 256-772454633. However, for those who may need drugs/meds or for those who may find them expensive in hospitals can buy them at a pharmacy called Friecca in wandegeya which is still part of kampala, you can reach them on 256-414533759 (The have pharmacists working at the counters who can recommend which drugs are the best)
