Got a Job Offer In Luanda.. Please suggest

Hello Dear,

How are you, my name is Raj and i am indian but living and working in Senegal west africa. i have job offer to work in lunda. but i want to know the following things if you can give me some idea.

if luanda is a good country to live and work.
If its safe and there is not much crime.
if i can go out in the evening after my work.
if luanda is really very expennsive.
if it is easy to get driving license of luanda.
what is the average salary of one local girl who can do translation for me as i don't know portuges.
if it is easy to get vegitarian food.

I have an offer in Luanda as an Oracle DBA.Salary is $US 600 +Food+ Accommodation+ Transportation.The thing is some of my friend are saying that there is no life secure.Could you please reply me it is sufficient salary or not as well as companies rules.I am waiting for ur valuable reply...

stay home.No way for this wages.Our driver have basic 700$+overtime gets 2000$ at least the peak was 3000$ for an driver.Which you need together with car.Do not sell you cheap.
