I AM MOVING TO bERLIN IN TWO MONTHS AS A PERMANENT RESIDENCE.
HOW CAN I MEET OTHER ENGLISH SPEAKING EX-PATS TO HELP ME TRANSITION TO BECOMING GERMAN SPEAKING. ARE THERE ORG OR SOCIAL GROUPS IN ERLIN OR LANKWITZ?
THANKS JIM

you could try toytowngermany dot com. it's for english speaking people in germany. i haven't used it but i read "the local" (german news in english) fairly regularly and it is somehow associated with it.
Also, the cinestar at sony center in berlin shows the movies in its original language. so you can watch some of the hollywood movies in english and every time i go there i meet some english native speakers.

@jhowell- you should avoid using your caps on the forum. Thank you. :)

Best of luck in your search.
